Annem ve babam işkembeyi çok seviyor. Dondurucuda haşlanmış işkembe vardı ve akşam yemeği için çorba yaptım. Tadına bakan herkese o kadar beğendi ki gece yarısı iki kase daha işkembe çorbası içtiler. Şimdi sizinle, ev yapımı nefis işkembe çorbası tarifimi paylaşıyorum.

Malzemeler,

İSTENEN PARAGRAFTAN SONRA ÇIKAN REKLAM ALANI - 1
  • 1 su bardağı haşlanmış işkembe
  • 2 yemek kaşığı yoğurt
  • 2 yemek kaşığı un
  • 1 adet yumurta
  • 1 bardak oda sıcaklığında su
  • 1 litre sıcak su
  • 3 diş rendelenmiş sarımsak
  • 1 tatlı kaşığı tuz
  • 1 çay kaşığı toz karabiber
  • 1 yemek kaşığı tereyağı
  • 1 tatlı kaşığı kuru nane
  • Servis için sirke ve limon suyu

Hazırlanışı,

Çorba terbiyesini yapmak için tencereye yoğurt, un, yumurta ve 1 bardak oda sıcaklığında suyu alıp iyice karıştırıyorum.

Kısık ateşte, terbiye bir taşım kaynayana kadar sürekli karıştırıyorum.

Terbiye kaynamaya başladıktan sonra bir litre sıcak suyu yavaş yavaş tencereye ekleyip karıştırmaya devam ediyorum.

Tenceredeki karışım bir taşım kaynadıktan sonra işkembe ve rendelenmiş sarımsağı ilave ediyorum.

Orta dereceli ateşte işkembeler iyice yumuşayana kadar arada bir karıştırarak pişirmeye devam ediyorum.

Tereyağı ve kuru naneye cezveye alıyorum, kısık ateşte nane kokusu çıkana kadar ısıtıyorum.

Naneli yağı çorbaya ilave edip hızlıca karıştırıyorum.

Tuz ve karabiberi ekleyip bir taşım daha kaynatıyorum.

Şimdi işkembe çorbası hazır. Kaselere aldıktan sonra sirke ve limon suyuyla servis yapıyorum.

Püf noktaları:

  • Çorba terbiyesinin kesilmemesi için tuzunu ve karabiberini en son ekliyorum.
  • En önemli püf noktası çorbayı sık sık karıştırmak ve orta dereceli ateşte pişirmektir.
